Visualiser webinars 'big success'
Following the success of Vehnet’s first webinar to promote its revolutionary Advance Yard Visualiser, a new data visualisation tool for automotive yards, the company is rolling out a series of similar events.
The next scheduled webinar will be held on Thursday October 27th 2011. Aimed at the European marketplace, it will be presented by Vehnet’s founder and managing director, Steve Jones, who will explain the background to the development of the software, demonstrate its considerable functionality and highlight real benefits accruing to automotive yard operators.
“We have had a great deal of interest in the new Visualiser,” Steve explains, “So a webinar seemed to be an effective way to communicate to groups of interested companies in an engaging, informative way. Webinar attendees can gather insight and understanding of the software without being ‘sold to’ and have opportunity to ask questions at the end of the presentation.
“Our first Visualiser webinar, held on 15th September, was timed to accommodate US companies, following our involvement with the Finished Vehicle Logistics North America conference, however we were surprised to find a large numbers of registrants from Europe, India and even Malaysia and New Zealand. The different time zones mean that a single webinar would be impractical and so we have decided to host a series of events, aired at a time convenient to different areas. Our next event will follow the forthcoming ECG Conference in Paris, where we also be promoting the new Advance Visualiser.”
The Visualiser, which is part of the Vehnet Advance Technology suite for automotive yard management, links easily to existing systems and transforms masses of management data into graphical images of the yard, improving visibility, supporting improved decision making and reducing operational costs.
